Yes. For regular transport, we aim to provide a consistent support worker/driver so you feel comfortable and your routine stays the same.
Let us know as soon as you can. If your driver can wait, they will. If not, we will organise a new pickup time. Wait time may be charged depending on the booking.
Yes. We can arrange wheelchair accessible vehicles for manual/power wheelchairs and many mobility scooters (within size limits). Tell us your requirements when booking.
