Yes. We prioritise consistency. Where possible, you will have the same support worker (or a small team) who learns your preferences and routine.

We require 24 hours notice for cancellations. With 24+ hours notice there is no cancellation fee. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may incur charges.
