Initial Assessment (First Visit)
We complete a full assessment, talk through your goals, review your history, and test movement, pain, strength, flexibility, balance, and function. You receive a clear plan, education, and an exercise program (if appropriate).
Duration: 60–90 minutes

Ongoing Treatment Sessions
Sessions can include hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, balance, gait training, functional practice, equipment training, and self-management strategies.
We review progress every 4–6 weeks (or as needed), reassess function, update goals, adjust treatment, and complete any required NDIS reports.
