Initial Assessment (First Visit)

We complete a full assessment, talk through your goals, review your history, and test movement, pain, strength, flexibility, balance, and function. You receive a clear plan, education, and an exercise program (if appropriate).

Duration: 60–90 minutes

Ongoing Treatment Sessions

Sessions can include hands-on treatment, therapeutic exercises, stretching, strengthening, balance, gait training, functional practice, equipment training, and self-management strategies.

Duration: 45–60 minutes • Frequency: weekly, fortnightly, monthly (depends on needs)

Progress Reviews

We review progress every 4–6 weeks (or as needed), reassess function, update goals, adjust treatment, and complete any required NDIS reports.

Physiotherapy is generally funded through Capacity Building – Improved Daily Living (Therapeutic Supports).
