Flexible Support When You Want It
When we provide support
7 days a week including public holidays
Daytime activities: morning and afternoon outings
Evening activities: dinner, movies, events
Weekend activities: full day or half day
School holiday programs: for children and teens
How long and how often
2–4 hours: short outings
4–6 hours: half day
6–8 hours: full day
Once a week, multiple times a week, fortnightly, monthly, or as needed
Regular or ad-hoc
Some people like a regular routine. Others prefer booking as events come up. Both work fine.
NDIS Funding for Community Access
How community access is funded
Community access is funded through your NDIS Core Supports budget under "Assistance with Social and Community Participation." Core Supports is flexible, so you can adjust hours and combine supports based on your needs.

We charge in line with the NDIS Price Guide and Support Catalogue. Rates vary depending on time and day:
Weekday support (Mon–Fri, 6am–8pm)
Weekend support (Sat–Sun, 6am–8pm) – weekend loading
Evening support (after 8pm) – evening loading
Public holidays – public holiday rates

No. You pay for your own costs. The NDIS hourly rate covers the support worker's time and their costs are included.
