We are committed to ensuring that our website is accessible to people of all abilities, including those who:

2 Standards We Follow

Our website aims to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. These guidelines are internationally recognised standards for web accessibility developed by the World Wide Web Consortium (W3C).

WCAG 2.1 Level AA includes requirements for:
  • Perceivable content (text alternatives, captions, adaptable layouts)
  • Operable navigation (keyboard access, sufficient time, clear focus)
  • Understandable content (readable text, predictable behaviour, input assistance)
  • Robust compatibility (works with assistive technologies)

We also follow best practices from:

  • Australian Government Digital Service Standard
  • NDIS Practice Standards (particularly Standard 1: Rights and Responsibilities)
  • Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth)

While we strive for full compliance, some parts of our website may still be in development. We are committed to continuous improvement.

5 Known Limitations

Despite our best efforts, we know that some parts of our website may not yet be fully accessible. We are working to address the following:

  • Some older PDF documents may not be fully accessible to screen readers — we are in the process of remediating these
  • Some images may not have sufficiently detailed alt text — we are reviewing and improving these
  • Some interactive elements may require JavaScript to be enabled
  • Some embedded content from third parties (such as videos or maps) may not be fully under our control

If you encounter a specific barrier, please contact us and we will do our best to provide the information in an alternative format or make improvements where possible.
